How to get in-state at Universities in Missouri:

Regulations vary pretty significantly depending on the university, but in general, Missouri could be classified in the medium-difficult range for earning in-state status.

Some universities in Missouri would effectively require a gap-year, while others allow for up to full-time student status.  Job requirements vary as does the viability of living in the dorms during your one-year domicile period.

Missouri Reciprocity Agreements:

Missouri is a member state of the Midwest Student Exchange Program which is a limited regional reciprocity agreement among select Midwestern States. Favorable college tuition rates in nearby states are sometimes possible through reciprocity although many restrictions apply.
